Alveta Herbert is a woman of purpose. Through the daily embracing of God's Word, she is accomplishing this purpose by building teams in the body of Christ and in the corporate world.
Alveta Herbert joined JPMorgan Chase Bank many years ago as a mailroom clerk. Throughout her career she has worked in Houston, San Antonio, and recently relocated to Dallas, Texas, where she is a member of the Human Resources Leadership team. Although she is extremely appreciative for her corporate successes, she considers her greatest accomplishments to include her ongoing passionate love relationship with Christ and being used to demonstrate and teach this love at every opportunity.
Alveta's speaking ministry began in the late 1990's. She began receiving invitations to do small group Bible studies for churches and for Women groups in the Houston area. She is a Licensed Minister. Her ministry is built on the foundation that Christ shared in Acts 1:1b, Jesus began to both do and teach. She combines her passion for the Word and Leadership and Organizational Development practices to design leadership and individual workshops for faith-based leadership and volunteer groups.
Whether she is working one on one with business executives or in the church community, her passion is to assist individuals and teams in realizing their purpose and vision. She strongly believes that there is nothing more life changing than knowing that you are loved by God and through this love faith works - Gal 5:6b.
